Health day at Böhmler

In October, the annual Böhmler Health Day took place in cooperation with the AOK health insurance company.

They supported us with various information stands on important topics as well as other offers where every employee could test their reaction speed and antioxidants, for example.

The Fitness Factory team was also on site with an offer to measure grip strength and your own body values. 

The Berufsgenossenschaft Holz und Metall (BGHM) again provided information on correct posture when standing and sitting as well as how to lift and carry objects correctly to prevent injuries.

As the employees were divided into different groups, everyone had the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information at their leisure on the Health Day.

The Health Day was rounded off with healthy snacks and drinks that our trainees had prepared for everyone. At 12:00 noon, there was also a joint lunch with all employees.

We are delighted with the large turnout on this day, as the physical well-being and health of our employees is very important to us.
